Working Student Program
Welcome to Trilogy's Working Student Program—a gateway to expanding your horizons and deepening your expertise in the equestrian world. Whether you’re stepping into the realm of horses for the first time or already have a foundation as a working student, Trilogy offers an enriching opportunity to elevate your knowledge and skills.
Our program is a gateway to growth. All working students actively participate in our lesson program, investing in their learning journey with at least one ride per week. Additionally, all working hours are a valuable currency here—each hour invested is exchanged for extra rides or lessons, offering a hands-on, immersive learning experience beyond the scheduled lessons.
It’s important to note that hourly compensation varies based on your experience and knowledge. We believe in recognizing the value of your dedication and expertise as you contribute to the farm's operations.
At Trilogy, our Working Student Program is a holistic journey of learning and growth. Whether you're embarking on your equestrian path or aiming to refine your skills further, we’re dedicated to supporting your aspirations and helping you flourish in the horse world.
**Minimum age requirement is 12 years of age**
Junior Working Students
In our Junior Working Student Program, riders will have the opportunity to be trained in stable management and horse handling while earning additional riding.
Qualifications
- Must be a current student is our lesson program
- Must participate in a training day - 3 hours $45
- Participate in volunteer program until can pass a skills evaluation
- Once evaluation is passed, the student will then submit a requested schedule/availability form, parent agreement form, & sign a commitment form
Advanced Working Students
As you progress in your experience, Advanced Working Students delve into general AM & PM shifts and have the opportunity to earn lessons. Responsibilities range from tending to the horses’ daily needs to assisting trainers during lessons or training rides. This multifaceted exposure offers an environment ripe for skill development and growth.
